	* elfcode.h (elf_link_input_bfd): New argument "output_names"
	added to prototype of relocate_section.  Pass the output symbol
	names to relocate_section.
	* elf32-i386.c (elf_i386_relocate_section): Use "output_names" to
	determine the name of a local symbol.
	* elf32-mips.c (mips_elf_relocate_section): Likewise.
	* elf32-sparc.c (elf32_sparc_relocate_section): Likewise.
