* pa/pa-gas.h (DBX_DEBUGGING_INFO): Remove all #define
and #undef statements related to debugging information.
* pa/pa-hpux.h, pa-hpux7.h: Likewise
* pa/pa.c (override_options): Disable "-g" and issue a warning
if it's used when !TARGET_GAS.
