* config/pa/pa-hiux.h: Include "pa/pa-hpux.h" and just override
the CPP predefines.
(CPP_PREDEFINES): Add -A assertions.
* config/pa/{pa1-hiux.h, pa-ghiux.h, pa1-ghiux.h}: Likewise.
