Update Javadoc. (bind): Call close() not impl.close() in event of exception. (connect): Likewise. Remove superfluous null checks throughout. * java/net/ServerSocket.java (ServerSocket (int, int, InetAddress)): Don't create an extra socket. Fix for PR libgcj/10868.
