	* mkstemps.c (gcc_uint64_t): Mark GNUC `long long' case with
	__extension__.

	* partition.c (elem_compare): Prototype.  Don't cast away
	const-ness.

	* setenv.c (setenv): Use braces to avoid ambiguous `else'.
