	* decl.c (cxx_maybe_build_cleanup): Likewise.
	* pt.c (tsubst_copy_and_build): Likewise.
	* parser.c (cp_parser_delete_expression): Likewise, pass the
	combined_loc.
	* cp-tree.h: Update declarations.
