* tree.c (walk_tree): Expose tail recursion. (walk_stmt_tree): New function. * cp-tree.h: Prototype walk_stmt_tree. * semantics.c (prune_unused_decls): Operate on SCOPE_STMTs not the BLOCKs directly.
