(call_internal4, call_value_internal4): Likewise.

ffa9d0b19d (mips_abicalls): New variable. 
(override_options): Set mips_abicalls.  Allow '^' as print operand
punctuation character.
(print_operand): Add support for '^'.
(mips_asm_file_start): Use ABICALLS_ASM_OP instead of ".abicalls".
(compute_frame_size): Handle TARGET_ABICALLS case.
(mips_expand_prologue): Likewise.

76fb0b6041 (fold_rtx): Alter previous change: don't fold the shift 
if the count exceeds the width of the value inside the subreg.

(note_mem_written): (mem (scratch)) means clobber everything.

(fold_rtx): Special case handling for folding
a subreg of the result of a left shift.
