c89c75917c (BC_OBJS): Delete. 
(OBJS): Cat ../stamp-objlist to get language independent files.
Also use ../c-common.o.

0ac2a8ee7a (INCLUDES): Move definition to same place as parent makefile. 
(ALLOCA): Define.
(OLDAR_FLAGS): Delete.
(OLDCC): Define.
(CLIB): Define.
(SUBDIR_USE_ALLOCA): Don't use ALLOCA if compiling with gcc.

(config.status): Delete.
(RTL_H): Define.
(TREE_H): Use complete pathname, some native makes have minimal VPATH support.
(*.o): Use complete pathname to headers in parent dir.
(doc, info, dvi): Delete.
