Fortran: intrinsic.texi add missing arg to FINDLOC

gcc/fortran/ChangeLog:

	* intrinsic.texi (FINDLOC): Add 'MASK' to argument table.
	(MAXLOC, MAXVAL, MINLOC, MINVAL): For 'MASK', remove 'an
	array' as scalars are also permitted.
