	* gas/testsuite/gas/macros/macros.exp: Ditto
	* gas/testsuite/gas/all/gas.exp: Setup for tic4x testcase
	* gas/testsuite/gas/macros/macros.exp: Ditto
	* gas/testsuite/gas/tic4x: New tic4x gas testsuite directory
	* ld/testsuite/ld-scripts/script.exp: Setup for tic4x testcase
