	(spu_elf_size_stubs): Count stub relocs.
	(write_one_stub): Emit relocs on overlay call stubs.
ld/testsuite/
	* ld-spu/ovl.d: Adjust for stub relocs.
	* ld-spu/ovl2.d: Likewise.
