7f9f62ba18 * gnu-nat.c (gnu_attach): Add process to inferiors table. 
(gnu_detach): Remove it.
	* go32-nat.c (go32_create_inferior): Add process to gdb's inferior
	table.
	* inf-ptrace.c (inf_ptrace_follow_fork): Delete and add inferiors
	to inferior table accordingly.
	(inf_ptrace_attach): Add new process to inferior table.
	(inf_ptrace_detach): Remove it.
	* inf-ttrace.c (inf_ttrace_follow_fork): Delete and add inferiors
	to inferior table accordingly.
	(inf_ttrace_attach): Add process to inferior table.
	(inf_ttrace_detach): Remove it.
	* linux-fork.c (init_fork_list): Delete any left over inferior.
	(linux_fork_mourn_inferior, detach_fork_command): Also delete
	processes from inferior list.

9de2bdd7d4 * remote-sim.c: Include gdbthread.h. 
(remote_sim_ptid): New global.
	(gdbsim_create_inferior): Silently add the main task to GDB's
	thread list.
	(gdbsim_close, gdbsim_mourn_inferior): Silently delete the main
	task from GDB's thread list.
	(gdbsim_resume): Adjust to use remote_sim_ptid.
	(gdbsim_thread_alive, gdbsim_pid_to_str): New.
	(init_gdbsim_ops): Register gdbsim_thread_alive and
	gdbsim_pid_to_str.
	(_initialize_remote_sim): Initialize remote_sim_ptid.
	* Makefile.in (remote-sim.o): Depend on $(gdbthread_h).

(dcache_xfer_memory): Add comment describing benefits of moving

(dcache_struct): Removed cache_has_stuff field.  This was used to
record whether the cache had been accessed in order to invalidate
it when it was disabled.  However, this is not needed because the
cache is write through and the code that enables, disables, and
deletes memory regions invalidate the cache.  Add comment which
suggests that we could be more selective and only invalidate those
cache lines containing data from those memory regions.
(dcache_invalidate): Updated.
(dcache_xfer_memory): Updated.

(dcache_alloc): Don't abort() if dcache_enabled_p is clear.
(dcache_xfer_memory): Removed code that called do_xfer_memory() to
perform a uncached transfer if dcache_enabled_p was clear.  This
function is now only called if caching is enabled for the memory
region.
(dcache_info): Always print cache info.

* target.c (do_xfer_memory): Add attrib argument.
(target_xfer_memory, target_xfer_memory_partial): Break transfer
into chunks defined by memory regions, pass region attributes to
do_xfer_memory().
